The Vietnam Institute of International Education is a non-profit organization, working with partners in Vietnam and around the world to promote open and lifelong education.

 

With an open education system, IIEVN makes a positive difference in people’s lives by facilitating the development of top leadership potential, personal capacity development and career success. In order to create a forum for professional and academic exchange to propose solutions for developing training programs and solutions to meet the requirements of training high-quality human resources, IIEVN regularly organizes domestic and international scientific conferences and seminars to improve professional capacity and career development.

 

Events, seminars and conferences often revolve around topics on perspectives, skills and approaches to teaching English for teachers, criteria for assessing teaching quality and the desire to improve their teaching level. In addition, the events also focused on discussing the shortcomings in the current traditional teaching methods such as rigidity, inflexibility and lack of international pedagogical skills. Thanks to that, each individual and organization will have an objective view and self-adjust their teaching methods to be more reasonable, effective and flexible.

 

Along with that is the role and importance of educational leaders and the private educational environment in the innovation process, making a great contribution to the current educational development.

 

Educational leaders with their roles will be the decisive factor in the quality of education in educational institutions across the country. To fulfill that special mission, the implementers must have high expertise and professionalism, must receive and know how to apply many modern management methods and means appropriately and effectively.

The events organized by IIEVN are always a special destination for many educators in the Central region. Through these events, scientists, leaders, and experts gain more useful knowledge for their teaching and research work.
