IIE Director – Dr. Tran Xuan Thao, gave meaningful opening remarks, sharing the Institute’s vision, mission and commitment to the cause of education and community development in Hue and the Central region. The MoU signing ceremony with strategic partners was also successful, opening up new opportunities for cooperation and development for IIE and its partners. In particular, the ceremony also had the participation of Assoc. Prof. Vu Thi Tu Anh – Deputy Director of the Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education, Ministry of Education and Training, with profound sharing on the topic of “Lifelong Learning”, inspiring the importance of learning, learning society, learning community.

The IIE Representative Office in Hue was established within IIE’s long-term development strategy, with a focus on expanding cooperation, providing extended education programs, scientific research and technology transfer. IIE is committed to contributing to the development of high-quality human resources and providing international education in Hue and the Central region. The Representative Office will act as a bridge to develop scientific research programs, international conferences, training and fostering human resources in the country and the region. At the same time, IIE will co-manage organizations, universities and enterprises to spread advanced education models, provide digital transformation and ensure education quality according to international standards.
