IIE SIGNS STRATEGIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH SAIGON COLLEGE AND ATTENDS THE 2025-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR OPENING CEREMONY

Dr. Trần Xuân Thảo, President of the Institute for International Education (IIE), attended the Opening Ceremony for the 2025-2027 Cohort at Saigon College and signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement, ushering in a new phase of development in international education.

On September 27, 2025, Saigon College solemnly held its Opening Ceremony for the new academic year. The event was honored by the participation of Dr. Trần Xuân Thảo, President of the Institute for International Education (IIE).

In the formal atmosphere of the ceremony, Dr. Trần Xuân Thảo, along with representatives from Saigon College and partner organizations, attended the Opening Ceremony.

Subsequently, President Trần Xuân Thảo and Mr. Tôn Thất Tín (Principal of Saigon College) formally conducted the strategic cooperation signing ceremony. This agreement aims to elevate educational quality, expand joint training programs, and provide the best international learning opportunities for students.
