On the afternoon of February 28, 2026, Nguyen Truong To High School and the Vietnam Institute of International Education (IIE VN) officially held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony. The event marked a strategic milestone in their joint efforts to standardize student competencies in alignment with international benchmarks and to promote educational integration at the local level.

Establishing a partnership with IIE VN reflects the School Board’s forward-looking vision of building a modern, dynamic, and internationally oriented educational environment.
The core objective of this collaboration is to provide students of Nguyen Truong To High School with enhanced access to advanced educational programs, thereby empowering them to confidently engage with the global academic community.

Official Study Abroad Counseling: Establishing an on-campus advisory system to provide career guidance and personalized study abroad pathways for students.
Enhancement of Language Proficiency: Organizing internationally standardized language training programs in English and German to meet the requirements of global integration and overseas academic pursuits.
Expansion of International Partnerships: Strengthening collaborations with high schools in the United States, Canada, Germany, and Singapore, and periodically implementing teacher and student exchange programs.
Multicultural Experiences: Organizing international exchange activities and summer camps to equip students with global competencies through immersive, real-world experiences.
Development of a Dual Diploma Model: Moving toward the integration of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program, with the aim of transforming Nguyen Truong To High School into a model public institution for international educational integration in Hue City.
