To access exclusive courses at the Institute for International Education Vietnam (IIEVN), you need to complete the tuition payment and course activation by following these steps:
Step 1: Choose a Suitable Course

Step 2: Make the Payment
Currently, IIEVN accepts only two payment methods for purchasing course activation codes on the IIEVN website:
Method 1: Direct cash payment at the Representative Office of the Institute for International Education Vietnam in Hue City
(102 Nguyen Phuc Nguyen, Kim Long Ward, Hue City)
Method 2: Bank transfer with the following details:
Account name: Công ty TNHH Giáo dục Quốc tế IIE
Bank: ACB – An Cuu Hue Branch

Transfer details: Course name ……
Note: Your account email is the same as your login email on the IIEVN website. Please ensure you enter the correct email address to receive the course activation code after a successful payment.
Step 3: Enter the Course Activation Code

After the bank confirms a successful payment, the course activation code will be sent to your account email within 24 hours. Please check your inbox or Bulk/Spam folder for the email containing the activation code.
Visit the link ………….., enter the activation code, and click Activate.

Step 4: Verify Course Information and Start Learning

Once your course is successfully activated, you will be redirected to the Lesson Management page and can start using the exclusive learning materials provided by IIEVN.
During your learning process, you can check your course details (expiry date, number of completed lessons, etc.) in the Account Management section of your personal profile dashboard.
Regulations Regarding Tuition Payment
Within a maximum of 24 hours from the time the bank confirms a successful transaction, German Room will send the course activation code to the member’s registered account email.
Course Activation Code
The activation code is sent to the member’s account email after a successful tuition payment. Each course has its own unique activation code, which can only be used once for one account. IIEVN is not responsible for any loss or misplacement of activation codes due to the member’s error in entering an incorrect or incomplete email address.
Each course activation code has an effective period and a usage period:
Effective period: The maximum time allowed to enter the activation code into the system from the time it is sent to the member’s email. If the activation code is not used within this time, it will become invalid.
Usage period: The maximum time allowed to access lessons and services on the IIEVN website starting from the successful activation of the code.
Once the course usage period ends, you will need to purchase a new activation code to extend your access to the German Room learning system.
Refund & Compensation Policy
IIEVN does not accept refunds after the course activation code has been generated and sent to the learner’s account email.
Refunds will only be made if your payment or bank transfer was successful and you received the activation code but could not access the service due to a system error. In such cases, please contact IIEVN via iievnoffice@iievn.edu.vn or hotline: 077 457 2930.
If you have successfully activated the course and started using the service but your learning process is interrupted due to maintenance or system errors, iievnoffice@iievn.edu.vn will compensate you with the exact number of days of service disruption by adding them to your course usage period to ensure your benefits.
